Inspired Wisdom For Your Life

BACK TO INDEX

• God’s presence during difficult times

• United States culture is reinventing itself

• Other life-forms that help humans “Coincidences” are a synchronizing of energy forms

• Pray to be open to what you need, not what you want

God who is the Source of life, is the Source of love, is the Creator of all, stands with you in spirit and in strength.

There is much chaos that you experience on a day to day basis or that you hear of constantly. In the midst of that chaos, in the midst of that suffering, in the midst of that anguish, you at times ask, “Where is God? What is holding all of this together? Where is that sense of ultimate love when all around it appears there is precious little that is loving and affirming?”

We have stated often that it is not God that sanctions suffering and loss, but God does provide a perspective through which each of you can find direction no matter what befalls you or your neighbor. You’ve heard it said many times that it is not what happens to you that is important but rather your response to what happens. Much that happens in your lives occurs because of your being human within a much larger framework of life, and when your humanness comes up against another perspective of life, conflicts arise.

The difficulties you face whether social, economic, political, personal, health concerns—all such challenges are part of what it means to experience life in the form you currently occupy. It is part of the natural occurrence observed through the interaction of one life-form and another. No life-form is perfect in terms of judgment. No human being makes a perfect decision at all times. That is not in the nature of humanity. What is in the nature of humanity is the need to take action, the need to take a stand, the need to respond. It is God who helps provide you with a perspective, a viewpoint, that can serve you in terms of understanding what takes place and understanding your own individual response.

Two people will respond differently to the same challenge. Is one right and the other wrong? Not necessarily, for each responds as each can respond, and that response therefore is part of the growth that takes place and is necessary in the process of becoming loving and ultimately becoming love.

You are imbued with spirit. All are given spirit. All sense something existing beyond what is directly received. That awareness will change over time, as you measure it. When you were a child you perceived life in a particular way, and when those challenges are viewed as an adult, even though such challenges may be identical, your response is different. It is part of the presence of God, the magical reality of God that those responses, though different in youth and maturity, are responses that are appropriate for that particular individual at that particular stage of growth—of emotional growth, of spiritual growth, intellectual growth, physical growth, social growth. There are far many more layers that operate in the arena of growth.

God therefore is with each person regardless of the experiences that they have, and they are challenged thereby to recognize that Presence. Sometimes you seek and don’t immediately recognize the response. At other times you seek and you see immediately, but the help that comes from God is the same in all situations. You are given strength, you are given perspective, you are given understanding, you are given love, and as you grow you become more receptive to those gifts that are already present for you.

Your society, your own land, is in the process of reinventing itself. Your culture is in the process of understanding with greater clarity where it is headed and how it is to get there. With all of the smoke that rises from discussions, debates, there will be a clearer air that emerges, an air that provides a clearer view of what remains ahead on your paths.

Each person is engaged at one level or another in the process of clarity. What is clear for you may not be so for another. The opposite is also true. You are not compared to another. You are only asked to be open, to be receptive, to be willing to stretch your awareness toward other realities.

We have spoken frequently of other forms of life that are not human, and in their essence are somewhat different from our own. What are these forms of life? What do they do? What were they before their current form?

We can say that all energy is an energy of transition. When a space becomes warmed, it is because the heat within expands. When light appears in the darkness, it is because light carries an energy with it that overcomes what is dark. Your own energies as human beings are in a constant state of change, for you are gathering understandings. You are learning what it means to sacrifice for others, and you are learning to recognize the sacrifice of others for your benefit. All is dynamic.

We like to refer to the stone so that you think of the stone as being something other than inert, for that stone has characteristics that move, that change position, that change nature. It is this way with other life-forms. These life-forms that are different from us and have not shared human life are nevertheless going through their own transitions. They are evolving as you evolve. They are responsive as you are responsive. They are aware of a higher level of consciousness as you are aware. So there are some elements that you share, but these life-forms evolve from what they were in the past as you perceive the past to be. You might say these life-forms are transitioning from other life-forms, both of which are in the present, for there is no true past. There is no true future. There are only altered energies, altered characteristics of the present.

You have two friends. You know them both. Each friend seems different. Each friend is growing and evolving in understanding, but each friend is a different version of the same entity which is God, the Spirit Center. So while your two friends appear

from another, while

they have different personal energies and different one commitments, they are cut from the same cloth. Their appearances, their personalities may differ enormously, but they originate from the same Source.

It is that way with these various life-forms that belong to your own development as human beings. They share the same nutrition: God. They share the same energy source: God. They benefit from the same growth which is God’s growth. What unites them far exceeds what appears to be differences. So they have emerged from a totally different form of life energy. They do not appear as humans appear. They do not think as humans think. They do not communicate as humans communicate. They cannot be described as humans are described. They cannot be seen and comprehended as humans are seen and comprehended. Yet they do exist. They interact. They flourish.

They become more important to each of you during your human existence. You don’t see them, but you do feel them. When you walk in the woods and you are overtaken by joy, it is not because you necessarily saw something that gave you joy, but you became aware of a real joy. That sort of random gift of joy is part of this differing energy form that we see and that nurtures you.

When you have a gut reaction about a particular stimulus, that is their input. It is not necessarily limited to what your guides have said, for your guides work closely with other forms of life, other forms of energy. These different energy fields are as tangible in their importance as anything of which you are aware. Their presence can be thought of as a presence of insight, a recognition, an understanding that was not anticipated.

For some of these life-forms, the human response is joyous. You may say, “What a coincidence!” but there is no coincidence. There is only a synchronizing of energy forms, even if for but a brief moment. Those coincidences, those apparent random events with no explanation that you see, have meaning in your own lives, are the consequence of some of these life-forms, some of these energy forms.

What is the face of a coincidence? There is no face. What is the hand of a coincidence? There is no hand. But it is an energy, the synchronicity that brings threads of lives together even if only for a brief moment.

It is not God that says, “I want a coincidence to occur,” or “I believe in random events that are absolutely serendipitous in impact.” Rather it is those lives who experience such events that are being touched for the moment in a very concrete way by this other form of life, this other presence.

For the individual who denies totally the reality of God or the possibility of synchronous experiences, there is little awareness of what you call a coincidence. But when you become aware of another form of energy that has a direct impact on your life and the life of another, you will more readily experience what you label as coincidence and what we label as a synchronous event. Your lives as individuals are linked by this energy to other lives, and when you are so linked your lives can be coordinated one with another, and then you have not just a chance meeting but a meeting of true intent—not your intention, not the will of God, but the loving intention of this other form of energy, this other life entity.

We are speaking only of one kind of alternate energy form, but there are many, many that we will discuss. But at this stage in your understanding it is important that coincidence, when it is considered by chance only, doesn’t exist, but it occurs because at that moment your own energy works like a sympathetically vibrating string with another energy, with another person, with another group of people.

You are connected to one another. You are connected through these other energy beings. You are not connected through chance. You are not connected through random events. Your lives are not predetermined, but they are influenced in the most appropriate ways through these different forms of loving energy, and the results are fulfilling opportunities, surprising encounters that give you not what you want or expect, but what you need.

When you pray therefore, don’t pray for what you want. Pray to be open to what you need, and the Spirit Center that is always present will be more clear to you, and ultimate life energies will resonate with great song to your souls and the presence of God and your many guides.

Be comforted by the music of that song. Be comforted by the harmony of resonance. Be comforted by synchronicity, acknowledging that such events serve as concrete evidence of energy, loving energy, far beyond your current vision.

You are blessed with that energy. You are blessed with one another. You are blessed with insight. You are blessed with relationships. You are blessed with peace.

Amen.
