It is to your God that you pray with an open heart. It is to your God that you ask for strength, for understanding, for the capacity to be loving. It is through your openness to God and to your guides that the strength that you pray for finds a clear channel to embrace and guide you, indeed, to guide all people.

As you seek greater understanding of spirit, it is important to acknowledge that there are seemingly infinite numbers of layers or functions or forms of reality associated with the simple singular concept of spirit. When we speak of spirit, we speak not only of that part of God that resides in all, but we also speak of many kinds of entities who are all spiritual.

In our last message, we spoke of nonhuman forms of energy that assist and help direct acts of love emanating from self and directed elsewhere. These life-forms are many in terms of how they function. Some help to open your heart vision. Others strengthen the channel, the string, the connection you have with another. There are still other life-forms whose purpose is to carry what is offered in love to another. We must also say there are many who assist in opening the heart to enable such loving presence to enter in and indeed strengthen.

The reality of spirit is in a sense a universe of entities devoted to God’s energy. In your own individual ways, your energies are also devoted to God even when not labeled or identified as such. There are many who deny God’s very existence, and yet they may care for their neighbor. They may care for a family member in need. They may care about the suffering of others whom they have never met. In so doing, they are serving as God’s messengers. It is not essential that you serve God only by acknowledging that reality, but however you respond in support of another, you are a part of God’s presence. When you do affirm the existence of a Spirit Center, such acknowledgment helps you to feel God’s presence, and that provides a conscious context that helps guide the direction of your life.

These knowing life-forms serve only to facilitate that Spirit Center presence. Such life-forms are aware that God exists. They are aware of whom they are assisting. They are aware of one another. They know each human that they assist. The “feelings” as you refer to them are not the feelings you associate in human, anthropomorphic ways. They are aware of the energy of love, and they are aware of the energy of loving, of caring, of assisting, of comforting, of strengthening.

The many nonhuman, knowing life-forms all serve specific functions, and those functions change just as our function of serving as your guides will change over time. We may not be your guides at some point in your human life, but we are always connected with you. We are aware of your needs. We know of your concerns because we reach out with a love that is not limited by time as you measure it. But when serving as your guides, we are engaged in the active pursuit of transmitting love to you. When we move away from those responsibilities, we become engaged in acting through love in other ways. Some of us become the connecting energy between you and another. Some of us become more engaged in opening heart vision. But we are always a part of your life, and we are a part of the lives of many.

This mechanism of serving through love and serving as love is complex and exists in ways that are not described in human terms. It should suffice for you to know that there is a universe of love that is engaged in one way or another with the lives of everything, every person, everything that exists. If you were to see in some way the diversity of spiritual presence belonging to each person, you would be overwhelmed and deeply moved, for it is far stronger, more powerful, more knowing, more loving than you could create in your wildest imagination. You are not living your life alone in some form or another with the attachment of a single guide. You are surrounded by many universes of spirit, and you belong to each of those universes.

The reality of life is infinitely more complex than what we share with you. As has been noted, it is not our intention that you fully comprehend all of the implications of the reality we describe, but rather it is our hope that the mere fact of acknowledging that the presence of a guiding love is a full reality for all should mean that your life can proceed forward committed to one another, not just within this group but other human beings, other forms of life that you know of, and a commitment to the value of all that has been created.

The question arose about the concept of antichrist and where or how that fits in through what is experienced. The real impact of that concept is not restricted to one form of religious practice. It is indeed an energy that exists and is characterized by opposition to what is perceived as spiritual and godly. There is no question that positive and negative energies exist. There are many whose lives are dedicated to acknowledging the value of all others, but there is an equal presence of an energy that denies what comes from God. That negative energy is in fact not greater than it has been in the past, but many human beings are becoming more sensitive to that reality.

The presence of love is not defined by the absence of love. The energy associated with a loving God doesn’t suppose there is no opposing force. No matter how hard you may work to support what is loving, there will always be the presence of what is negative, what is destructive, for that is a part of what is encountered in physical life-forms. There is always what is perceived as good and what is perceived as bad.

The objective for all human beings is to focus their loving energies on whatever promotes the value, the central presence, of all others. You are asked to love nonjudgmentally. You are asked to embrace another in one form or another such that your presence gives meaning to the life of another. It is the intention of a loving God to see the strength of love expand, to see the motion of love expand. It is not God’s wish that negative energy prevail. Indeed, it will never prevail, for the love that is light will always overcome the energy that is dark.

Part of human life is engaging with what is not reflective of God, for it is in that engagement, in that exchange, that the loving presence of what is good can be seen to overcome the shadows. It is light that has ultimate energy, and it is that energy that you should focus your efforts to embrace in all ways. Acknowledge God when you can, but don’t despair when you lose that vision, when you lose that belief, for that heart vision is never fully closed. It is indeed always present, and it is always growing even when you are not aware of that growth.

Have faith in the journey of discovery, not the goal of absolute knowledge. Your life is a life in which discovery must be central. It is discovery ultimately of the sacredness of everything. That requires casting away old thoughts, old biases, old beliefs that encourage a sense of transcendence above another.

Be open to discover not only yourself but another. Recognizing the sacredness of both is, in fact, a recognition of the sacredness of all. You cannot care for all people, but if all people care for someone else, then all are uplifted. All are affirmed. All experience being loved, and all are empowered ultimately to becoming love.

You are blessed in your searching. You are blessed in your journey. You are blessed in your vision of God. You’re blessed as you sense the presence of spirit.
