God embraces you with love, with the absolute peace of eternity, and with the sense of groundedness, of foundation. You come to God as a loving process in your individual and joint journeys through life. These moments when you withdraw to the side, away from your many activities, are opportunities to glimpse briefly what it means to be godly in your human existence.

It is worth noting that you speak of the beauty of nature at this time of the year. The beauty that you observe is not just the beauty of the moment, but more importantly it is the beauty of the transition, the transition from seeming inactivity from other forms of life into a changed activity, into a new form of life that brings with it color, energy, light. If your environment were always encased in green, the emergence of yet more green would have little impact. It is not the green or the red or the yellow, purple, blues, oranges, whites. It is the emergence of these from what had earlier been so different.

What you observe is indicative of what happens to each of you individually in your lives. You are transformed. Of course, you are the same—the same individuals— but you are still transformed. The cells in your body are different from the cells of many years ago. Of course, the resemblance may not change drastically from year to year, but you do transform. You transform physically, emotionally, intellectually. You transform in all ways.

Human life and our spirit life are about transformation. What is important is not where you are, but rather that a transformation is in progress. It is the growth, it is the change, it is the personal/spiritual evolution that is of greatest importance. You know that you grow spiritually in your human lives. You also know that where you are spiritually is not a matter of status or shame or pride or embarrassment or fear, for your transformation is a process that is shared by everyone. You are the same person you were as a child, but you are no longer a child. How has that change taken place? It certainly has occurred because of environmental influences, social influences, personal experience. It has changed through joy. It has changed through grief. It has changed through courage. It has changed through fear. Your life has changed because of doubt, but it has also changed through faith, through hope. It has been changed through love. It has been changed by your own compassion.

Our function, our purpose in your lives, is to assist your spiritual transformation. That development can proceed even without your acknowledgement of our presence. How is that possible? It is possible because we can educate your soul even when you are not aware of our presence. It is what we lovingly do. We guide your soul. But why then is it important for you to acknowledge us, for you to recognize that we are a part of your life as well? It is important because in your recognition of our participation in your lives, the way you live your lives, what you reflect outward beyond your own core, is then transformed and as a result affects the lives of others.

If you learn of the importance of being loving, then you will be loving. Being loving means you are offering your love beyond yourself as an individual. In so doing, you are spreading the reality of that love and another learns what it means to be loved. That plants the seed for yet another to become loving. Without an acknowledgment of guidance in your own individual lives, your soul grows but is much less able to expand the love that is the soul into wider circles. Your acknowledgment, your recognition of us ensures that the love we have is transformed from your soul to your relationships toward others. The love is transformed to a relationship you have with all that belongs to God’s creation.

You cannot accept us in your lives and reject your neighbor. You cannot accept us and reject the importance of the natural life that surrounds you. You cannot reject us and offer love to what is inanimate. Only by acknowledging us can you offer God’s loving presence in all ways, in all directions. It is because of your sensitivity to your guides that you are enabled to transform that sensitivity to all that belongs to your life, your surroundings, your experiences, other people.

There is little we can do to change the direction of your human development without your knowledge of a spiritual center. It is in viewing your spirit center that your lives become relevant. It is the acknowledgment of that center that gives meaning and purpose to what you do day after day after day.

Transformation is why you are alive. It is what gives life meaning. It is the sole purpose for your being given life. Without reflection of your spirit center, you cannot hope to create a life that sustains not only you, but others. The soul still grows, for the soul resonates with the energy of your guides. But that resonance, that vibrating color, that personal energy remains limited in its capacity to move out, to move beyond. That is why human life is so important to God, for it is the human expression of what is known within that spreads God’s love. It multiplies the power of God.

Yes, the love of God is all-powerful, but it, too, grows. It, too, evolves. It, too, transforms because of the impact of the human experience…not just living, not just being, but giving, loving, directing the soul energy outwards. The natural direction of all energy is to expand, is to increase. The natural direction of all energy is to be transformed. Considering forms of energy that human beings are aware of, every form becomes transformed. Heat dissipates when it expands, but it influences all that it comes in contact with. Light moves. Light is an energy that is not retained within. All light is transformed in one way or another. That light may be transformed into an energy that is no longer visible. That light may not have been visible originally and may be transformed into a new energy that also is not visible, or it may become visible. All that God has created experiences transformation. The stone erodes through contact with heat and water. The eroded stone may enter the soil and nourish the soil from which springs another form of energy. Nothing that God has created is ever lost. It is only changed.

There is absolutely nothing that has no purpose. Since all that belongs to the realm of creation has purpose, it is impossible for anything to become lost, meaningless, useless, valueless. Since all that God has created has purpose and meaning, you must acknowledge also that all human beings have purpose and meaning, even those who would do you harm. There is a purpose to that life. It is not for you to judge whether or not there is purpose, for that has already been determined.

You must value, therefore, all that has been created, for all is being transformed. Your enemy is being transformed. Your friend and colleague experiences this transformation. All in your family are being transformed. What are they being transformed to? All transformations lead, as you know, to becoming love. The rock we speak of is in the process of becoming love. The minerals in the soil are in the process of becoming love, not that the minerals become loving, but the minerals are transformed into entities that become in themselves loving, caring, nurturing, whether they are human beings, animals or other life-forms.

The transformation to love travels many roads, but the destination is always the same. Because you are all destined to become love, shouldn’t you also acknowledge as a result the value, the importance, the relevance of everything on this journey? You evolve…you become spirit. Spirit evolves and finally becomes pure love. That is the process that you share. That is the process that binds each of you to one another and to all human beings in every nation, every race, every persuasion, every philosophy, every orientation to what is life. You belong to that.

Belonging to everything leads to the recognition that you are everything. There is really, at the deepest level, nothing that separates you from all that is created. As a result, there are no grounds for hatred. There are no grounds for killing. There are no grounds for dismissing individuals as being somehow inferior or less worthy. It is for that reason that we say you must not judge one another. You can judge behavior, you can judge actions, but you cannot judge someone else. You cannot judge another animal, a human being. There is nothing you can judge as being inferior or in some way unworthy of what you see yourselves being worthy of.

Your lives are filled constantly with the challenge of acknowledging this equality, this oneness, this unity. Embrace all that you experience—all that brings happiness, all that brings sadness, all that encourages relationships, all that makes you feel lonely— for these experiences are a part of your transformation. They are a part of your process of evolving, of developing spiritually and applying that development to a circle of love beyond what you currently see.

We are here with you for this journey. It is a journey that is only filled with blessings. It is only filled with gifts. That does not mean it is only filled with what brings joy, but if you accept the value of all that you experience, then you must accept all as part of the gift that you are given by God to experience human life, and to provide for the strengthening and exercising of the divine spark that lies within.

Be comforted by your divinity. Be willing to accept life’s experiences, and know that you are always accompanied by your guides and the overwhelming, loving presence of God.
