You are all blessed by the presence of that loving luminescence that fills all that exists with a light and energy that is reflective of the true essence of God, of God’s love, God’s strength, God’s wisdom.

Each of you has expressed in your own ways what it means to be alive, what it means to experience whatever encounters you may have. So often we speak of the need for faith, the need for an openness to one another, but we would like to speak more about the energies that are surrounding all people—not just the energies of your spirits, not just the energy of love from God, not just the energy that you experience from other human beings. We want to speak of the energies that come from very different life-forms.

The life-form of human existence is only one small fragment of the totality of life- forms that recognize and acknowledge the Centrality of Presence that you refer to as God. The human presence is but a speck of this totality.

It is daunting for you to contemplate the reality of a spirit presence that is contained through the many other life-forms acknowledging a God. We have briefly touched upon the presence of energy-forms that relate to synchronicity, or what often passes to be coincidence for many. But there are other interactions that you experience on a daily basis that go beyond the spiritual content of your physical reality. Often we refer to other life-forms, but these life-forms are not a kind of permutation of what you recognize as human. These life-forms are not reflective of what is conjured up in Hollywood and elsewhere as being extraterrestrial. Rather, these life-forms are more clearly thought of as levels of energy.

You know of the energy that is light. You know of the energy that is seen as the colors that you can perceive. But these are very different kinds of energy—different intensities. We could even speak of them as different frequencies. You have many frequencies, radio waves being among those that are familiar to all. But the frequencies that you recognize as frequencies are the frequencies that are close enough in resonance that you either experience through your senses or experience through the inventions of imagination. You don’t experience the radio waves you listen to in any way that you can hear other than through the radio, but those waves, as you know, exist whether or not a radio is close by. The air that you breathe, the atmosphere that you are a part of, is filled with the energies of many frequencies that have yet to be fully explored by other human beings.

These frequencies, these forms of energy, are not accidental. They each carry a purpose. Just as life is enhanced and made possible through light and variations of light, your evolvement as human beings is made possible by your own interactions with these many life-forms, these many combinations of energy that you do not perceive. These forms of God-created energy help to shape and clarify the paths of life that you follow.

There are energy-forms that directly impact your ability to think, for they are part of the organizing principles of the brain. The brain is not formed by accident. It does not exist through chance. There is a design to the structure of the brain, and of course there are many variations to that design. Such design as you become aware of is the product of countless generations. That you know, but the system itself has a design which is influenced by these energy-forms.

These forms do not function alone. They are not somehow autonomous. They exist because, just as you are, they are part of what God is. They are spokes, so to speak, in the wheel. They belong to the totality of creation. They exist and yet occupy no space. They have a resonance, a vibration, which you are unable to decipher, and yet because of their vibrations, you also vibrate. We speak of sympathetic vibrations of strings in an instrument. You vibrate sympathetically with many life-forms.

Life is energy. Life is change. That change may be a change through challenge or through reconciliation. The forces of nature that you are aware of belong to one small corner of these numerous forms of energy. Often you have a sense that something may happen and yet have no understanding of why you have that sense, but such awareness is the result of being open to the energies that exist beyond your vision.

Recently there were earthquakes that created great disturbances in the ocean. To an animal on the beach, those momentous waves are unexpected. They just happen. But from your understanding, those forms of energy that result in waves of water have their origin far away and at great depths, but something caused the waves to be created.

So it is that you often achieve insight. There are some energy-forms that resonate with reality. They resonate with the present, and you are part of that present and therefore resonate sympathetically. We say you are connected to all others. That is not merely a simple statement underscoring that you are all equal. It is a statement of fact: you are connected to all others. It is as if there were minute but strong filaments that served to make that connection real. Moving one end of that filament impacts what happens all along that filament, and you being part of that then experience the reaction. You don’t see the filament. You don’t see the energy, but it is there. You are all in the same web. You are all in that same raft in the ocean that we refer to on occasion. When one moves, everyone is aware. Even though you are not touching one another, you are joined through the raft.

These energies that unite all people are energies that are not physical in the sense that you identify something as being physical. There are best described as spiritual entities, for they are part of what God has created as a way of connecting you to one another.

Can you recall events wherein you thought of someone and shortly thereafter that person just happened to come by? That is not a coincidence. That person came by unknowingly because of an awareness of your thoughts, and your thoughts occur because unknowingly, unknown by you, that person was nearby. The connection was there, and it was that God-created connection that brought the two of you together.

Friendships are created seemingly because of common interests, and that is certainly important. But friendships are first created through some kind of proximity— whether that proximity is physical, whether that proximity is because of being aware of the existence of another. Whatever event occurs in your life, something brings the two of you together. That resonance that you feel toward another is a kind of spiritual energy that is not just God saying let’s bring these people together, for you are already together. But it is the energy-forms created by God that are intensified, and resonance is created, and because of that shared resonance, your paths are altered in a way that they share a common space.

Often you dream and then discover that what was in the dreams is somehow related to an experience that is yet to be recognized. It isn’t magic that you dream something and later that dream has relevance. The energy that connects you to the potentials in your life is a powerful and also loving energy-form, loving regardless of the outcome of those dreams. Sometimes the outcome may be supportive, creative. Sometimes the outcome may seem destructive or challenging, but that outcome is appropriate. It is part of the tide of life. It is part of the tide of existing. It is part of the tide created by the waves of energy that begin with God and are transmitted through forces that are aware of the God-centered beginning, the originating energy.

This discussion of energy which is not human is not meant to imply that you are powerless and merely subjects to the energy that surrounds you but rather that your lives are truly interactive. They are interactive in such an intimate way with these many forms of energy that you perceive them as being by chance, a lucky event, a coincidence, but you are merely interacting with what is there.

No human being is alone. In your darkest hours, you are never alone. You are connected in powerful ways through so many forms of energy—connected to God, connected to each other, connected to nature, connected to the universe that you know. You are connected to the countless universes that are yet to be discovered. You are an integral part in the web of creation. You are not merely islands that have been created, for islands don’t exist by themselves. Islands exist because they are joined by the oceans, by the lakes, the rivers and streams, by the smallest molecules, by the thinnest air, by the deepest forests, by the most penetrating stars. There are no real islands just as there is no one who is alone.

By making yourself aware of how you are connected even when it is invisible, you can no longer perceive of yourself as an island, and you begin to see yourselves as indeed connected. With the great crises facing so many millions of people that necessitate their leaving what they know to experience what they don’t understand, they are challenging all nations. They are challenging all people to become more sensitive to what is shared by all and not to perceive of themselves or others as unrelated islands. You are asked in your own ways to find those strands, those filaments that connect you with another, and to shake those filaments and pull them in.

Draw yourself to others. Respond as you can respond. Pray as you can pray. Support as you can support. But above all accept that all others are really you. You cannot deny another, because in so doing you deny yourself. You deny God. You deny the energies that are spiritual energies that bind you permanently to one another.

Feel the unity that is created by these many filaments of God’s energy. Respond as you can respond and be surrounded by gratitude and love.
