• Sacred value of everything
• Share your beliefs with respect for another’s
• Pray for your soul
You are all enfolded by the love of God and by the presence of all that has been created, all that simply is.
Your lives are. Your lives exist. They are the now. They are the current iteration of what is temporal and what is permanent. You are the combination of the spirit and the physical. You are also the combination of individual soul and the physical. Your individual soul is a part of the totality of spirit. It is your soul that is the union joining all, joining every human being together. It is what in fact joins you to all that is inanimate.
Your soul has an identity of its own, and when you are no longer attached to that soul, that soul retains its identity and continues to grow. That identity is not lost, it does not disappear to the mass of spirit. It retains an identity. It is not a physical identity, but it is an identity of energy, of love, of capacity, of potential, of warmth, of light. It is an identity of great compassion. It is an identity with understandings. It is an identity whose understandings evolve.
We, your guides, have experienced human life and other life forms multiple times. Each of those life formations contributes to our own individual growth, and as we grow we expand our capacity to absorb more of what comprises spirit, and in that process we become more fully identified with the totality that is constant, the Spirit Center, God. When human life is discontinued, our lives continue. It is we who are permanent, and yet it is we who continue to evolve and expand and transform. Our growth is not unlike your growth as human beings. The child and the elderly form appear vastly different and yet are the same. As we develop our understandings, we are transformed into spirit beings that might seem greatly changed from when we had less understanding, and yet we are the same. When reincarnation takes place as it does for many, the spirit, the soul, individual spiritual entity as it were, continues attached to new life and that spirit continues to grow with the new life.
When you experience new life as a human being, your body may seem far different than a previous form, and indeed that body itself has no direct connection physically to a body in a previous transformation, but will be given a spirit that is either the spirit accompanying your current journey or a spirit which needs to grow through the accompaniment of your new transformation, that individual soul being different from the specific soul accompanying your current journey. The soul lives on. The soul is permanent. The soul changes but it remains a soul with an identity. That is what lasts.
The question arises, “Who am I?” You are your soul first and most importantly. Your physical beings are the containers, but the containers are not what are so important. What is essential is what lies within. Each soul has an identity but belongs to the same single unit of the Spirit with a capital S. The foot and the arm are quite different. They have different functions, they have different purposes, but they belong to the same body. It is precisely this analogy that describes your own individual soul and its connection to Spirit. The Spirit, Spirit Center, God, label it as you wish, but you are all related to one another….all human beings, because each soul belongs to the same Spirit Center. Each soul is a part of God, a part of Allah, a part of Yahweh, a part of I Am. You are united because of that common connection and yet your souls are individualized. Your souls have needs that differ significantly one from another.
When you pray for guidance, you are opening your soul, you’re opening your individual component of spirit, to the connection that is already there to the Spirit Center. When you ask for guidance, you are blessed with an awareness of that guidance, and you feel guided and you say, “I am guided.” When you do not ask for guidance, you are still being guided and yet the meaning of that guidance and its significance may escape your awareness.
Being guided has two meanings: one is a conscious awareness where you say to another, “I felt guided to do this, I felt guided to do that.” You are being guided through your awareness. But guided also means you are embraced by God’s love. You are embraced by the reality of your membership in all that is created through love, and as part of that connection of being a member of the body of Spirit, you are moved as the Spirit moves. You are never left behind, you are always included.
But the human experience includes the reality of choice. You are guided by God and yet you can still choose not to follow a path that you believe is a path whose direction is towards the Spirit Center. You still have that choice.
Making a choice through an acknowledgment of God’s illumination, you are given a sense of being guided and thereby experience an active faith in the appropriateness of the outcome anticipated. When you are being guided, you are following a direction that is illuminated. You see that illumination. You walk that path. You walk that path knowing it is illuminated. You walk that path knowing of God’s comforting hand around yours. Your lives feel guided. When you close your eyes to that illumination, you are also being guided for God does not simply create and let happen whatever may transpire.
God creates because what has been created is done with love, is done with purpose, there is a motive of sorts. All that is created has the potential of interacting with forces motivated by love. A stone is created, but that stone itself does not love, yet exists to be impacted by the love that surrounds it. If you love Life with a capital L, you love all that exists. If you love all that exists, you respect the sacredness of each component. If you respect the stone, you respect the environment that created that stone. If you respect the environment, then you respect efforts that you perceive to be necessary to protect that environment, and if you desire to protect that environment, you acknowledge the importance of every individual. You acknowledge the importance of everything any individual does, and in acknowledging that importance, you acknowledge the sacred value of everyone and everything.
We speak to you often of unity, unity of all that is. These are not merely empty words or simple statements that help you to feel good. The unity we speak of is to encourage every human being to respond with respect and dignity and love to all that is encountered. You are asked to love one another. You are asked to find ways of expressing that love. That expression is sharing. That expression is compassion. That expression is listening. That expression is taking action when action is appropriate. That expression is standing up for what you believe. That expression is also being receptive to what others believe.
It is not possible to bring another to your own set of beliefs. It is possible that some of your beliefs will find a comfortable interface with the beliefs of another, but it does not happen automatically. Indeed, it is also acceptable if there is no commonly recognized belief system. You express what you believe in your heart. You express your faith as you understand it and you listen to the faith of another as expressed by the other. There is only good that comes from honest expression. Whatever is important in your lives must be freely shared.
There is no growth when you surround yourselves with protective walls. It is common to encounter others who have such walls. Those walls may serve a temporal purpose, but ultimately all walls are demolished. Ultimately all barriers are extinguished. Ultimately all must recognize that there is nothing that truly separates one individual from another. Yes, there are behaviors which are perceived as being inappropriate. There are behaviors that are perceived as being destructive that lead to great suffering. Those actions are not the result of God’s loving presence, and yet that presence is never denied. The most hardened criminal is offered the same guidance as the most devout believer. The difference is the devout believer acknowledges God’s presence and therefore can proceed with a faith in the chosen direction that is taken.
Being open through your faith reduces fear, reduces anxiety and empowers each person to live according to the understanding of the Spirit. That understanding changes, it evolves, it is transformed, and as that evolution occurs, the temporal path, the physical path that comprises human life, is altered, is in itself transformed.
All human beings evolve. All human life remains in a state of transformation. All human life is given spiritual shape through its connection to the Spirit Center. When you pray for your soul and for your soul’s development, you are empowering that soul to become more godly. As your soul evolves during your human life, the human physical component of your lives also evolves. The joining of the physical and the spiritual is a permanent bond for the life of the human being. The discarding of the body is only a mild transformation in terms of the soul’s progression. The body is the interface with the rest of human life, the rest of all creation, but it is not what ultimately fulfills the goals of every soul, namely the expansion and broadening to becoming the Spirit Center, the process of being fully godly.
Your souls, your individual souls, are a part of God, but not a full representation of God. They are in the process of becoming that full representation, and your human lives are an essential step in that development. You assist your souls significantly through your awareness, but even without that awareness your soul does grow, but that growth is manifest through your human existence as a result of your awareness of that soul. It is the fruition of the soul’s development. It is bringing that development to the full actualization of human life.
Pray for your soul. Pray to be open to your soul’s development. Pray to be open to your being guided and your path will be accompanied by joy, love, humility and thanksgiving.
You are blessed through your awareness of Spirit. You are blessed in your awareness of soul. You are blessed in your awareness of the spiritual component of All That Is. Open yourselves to your permanent connection with All That Is.
Amen.
