All souls given different paths.
May 3, 2020
God speaks to each of you, as you know. You understand something of the voice of God. You hear God in others. You hear God in nature. You hear God with the vision of heart, not just of eyes. Therefore, you must always have confidence that you individually, collectively, indeed all in creation, are in the vision of God and are capable of always hearing the voice of God.
It is likewise with your connection to your guides, for your guides serve to open the heart’s vision to the presence of God. It is not the guides who are of greatest importance. It is the collective love that is God which reigns over all that is. But we, your guides, have a connection and a sensitivity to the presence of God that is far different from the human experience, and it is because of that vision that your guides are particularly equipped to assist you in knowing and feeling, hearing and seeing God’s presence.
Because of our serving to connect you with God, we are particularly aware of who you are. Our awareness is not related to appearance, for appearance has no meaning whatsoever. Our relating to you is through your thoughts. It is also through your actions, for the actions are governed by those thoughts. When you experience gratitude and joy, we know that, for your actions are reflections of those thoughts. When you are consumed by worry or anger, frustration, fear, we also know that, for each of those emotions has its own character of energy.
We speak of those various characters as colors. The colors that you see with your eyes are really variations of energy, but your eyes are only capable of the smallest range of recognizing those energy waves. We, as your guides, are able to sense the complete range of human and nonhuman energy. We like to speak of this perception as a manifestation in color, because that is the easiest connection we can provide that describes in your terms some of what is our experience. What we see with our spiritual vision are not greens and purples and yellows. They’re a different kind of color. They’re a different kind of sensation. Every emotion that you have, every thought that you have, contains an energy marker, and it is those markers that we know and recognize immediately.
We also recognize you as who you are through your own individual energy characteristics, for when you are filled with joy or agony, there is a consistent element that identifies you as you, and that consistency comes from your own soul, your own spirit. Your soul grows in human life, and that growth takes on many forms. In the process, you are transformed and become an energy that is in some ways different from the past, yet there is still a consistent presence of your own spirit that has its own color.
You might make an analogy with music. Music consists of so many different pitches, so many different qualities of sound. A singer can sing many different notes, and yet that singer can be identified. There is a consistency of tone regardless of the notes that are being sung. It is that singularity of tone that is much like the singularity of our identifying you as individuals.
Part of our function is to help provide comfort, not just guidance, but comfort, and it is through that comfort that the guidance that is needed can be achieved. You go through periods of agony, and yet you get through them. You don’t forget the cause of that grief and suffering. You are aware of it. It is with you because it is part of who you are. It is part of your human process of living, but you do find a balance. True balance is not the negating of what causes pain, for whatever causes that pain is part of the equation. The balance that helps each of you get through difficulties is provided by a counterweight. It is what occurs, what is felt, what is known that in its way provides a balance to what has been difficult.
We often say that when you pray for peace, you are really praying for balance. We say that when you pray for health, you are praying for balance. The balance is always achieved, even when you don’t pray for it, but in praying you become more aware of the evidence that such balance is evolving. It is part of our function in your lives to provide you with a recognition of that balance, that healing that is so essential. Our activities are directly related to issues of thought and action on all levels. We are, therefore, fully connected to all you say, think, do, and experience.
There is, of course, no judgment. No human being is perfect. No human being is expected to be perfect. You make mistakes along the way. That is part of growth, and those mistakes are one-half of the balance. It is one side of that scale. So there are no judgments from us when actions, thoughts, and words may not be as you would normally wish them to be.
The question arises about what is meant by various multiple universes. The concept of universes has several levels. There is the physical universe of which you know a portion, but there are numerous physical universes, and they are all connected. There is no space, no emptiness, between the edges of one universe and the edges of other universes. All physical universes could be considered to be a wide range of interconnected circles. You may describe them as Venn diagrams or circles where other forms share the same space. That point where all physical universes intersect is a kind of central energy location that is in great measure a manifestation of the life force that you refer to as God. We can say, therefore, that God is a part of all physical universes. We can say also that all physical universes are connected, not just attached but share commonality.
There is another type of universe that is described perhaps most aptly as a spiritual universe, and that spiritual universe is a set of energy and energy-forms that cannot be observed from the human perspective. We, as your guides, belong to a part of that universe. As we evolve in our own development, in our own awareness of God’s presence, we become part of a different energy field that is not different in location. It is not some place far removed. It exists in the same place that all of these physical universes exist, and yet they are not matters of physical representation. They are only matters of spiritual evolution, growth, development, call it as you wish. The spirit is constantly evolving.
We can, therefore, say that although we are inside you and around you and through you, from a spirit perspective, we are in a different universe. We are in a different sense of reality. We exist with a different form of understanding. We relate to one another in a different way than you, and yet we are fully aware of you. We are also in full view of the presence of the Spirit Center, the presence of God. We are aware of that conjoining of universes, both physical and spiritual.
You exist in a physical universe. Your physical universe continues to expand and change. It evolves. It takes on a different character. It sings different notes in its evolution, but it is the same universe, and it is in a choir of many voices, all singing different tones and yet all being identifiable.
There is no way of counting the number of guides that exist that help human lifeforms and other life-forms. All the guides are singing their own notes in harmony that acknowledge the reality of the Spirit Center, and yet each voice has its own particular tone and is identifiable. Reality for us, therefore, in principal is not so different from yours. You are each different than you were as infants. You sing different notes now than you sang as an infant, but you are nevertheless identifiable as the same voice, the same spirit, the same soul. The spirit, the soul, the voice of all belong to that same choir. You each sing your own parts, but they belong as important components with equal value to the total harmony that is God’s creation.
Yes, there are many universes. Yes, there are many forms of life that know of the existence of a life-giving force that is ever-present. Human beings are not the only knowing form of life. Human beings are also not the only knowing form of life in your physical universe. Indeed, in the many physical universes, there are countless knowing forms of life that have no easily identifiable characteristics that you can say are humanlike. Humans are only one part of that spectrum of knowing life.
You grow as you are to grow. Your path in human life is the most appropriate path for you or you would not have been given your path. There is no path that is more important than another. All such paths are different and appropriate. You all have lives that direct you toward a greater understanding of the Spirit Center, but the directions each of you takes to reach that destination are different. There is no evil, true evil, in the differences. That is not to say that one path cannot conflict with another, but we merely want to urge upon you an openness to the rightness of an individual’s path for the needs of that individual’s spirit.
All spirits, all souls, are given different paths, for each soul is sacred and unique. Affirm as best you can the sacredness of all souls. You may have difficulty in seeing how another’s path could possibly be leading in the right direction, but what is the right direction? If you are heading toward the center and you start from the far south, you must go north. If you are heading toward the center and you start from the far north, you must go south. To the traveler going north, the southbound traveler appears to be going totally in the wrong direction, but it is not up to either traveler to evaluate the path another takes. All souls travel as they must, but all souls become the Spirit Center. All arrive at the center of creation, the center of love, the center of support, the center of care, compassion, the center of vision, the point of perfect balance.
Accept your path. Know that you are on the path you must be. Listen with the heart, see with the heart, and reach with the heart.
Amen.
