You are united to all and one with God.

August 5, 2024

God’s presence is made more personally felt through the loving presence of your guides. Your guides do not serve as a kind of intermediary standing between you and the Center of all that is, but your guides do assist in focusing the light that surrounds all creation.

We understand the many concerns you have surrounding the issues of peace. There is a military peace. There is a diplomatic peace. There is a societal peace, and there is an inner peace. All of these expressions of peace are connected to one another. They are connected by the light that is a part of God’s reality. This light connection is not specifically a visible form of energy. It is actually a loving form of energy, loving not in the limited sense of human love, but loving in a sense of connection that has impact on everything.

If we take the grandest view and work down more toward a granular level, you contemplate the stars. You contemplate the galaxies. You contemplate the collection of galaxies into what you identify as the universe, but you may also contemplate your physical universe as part of a gigantic, even larger reality that incorporates an unlimited number of universes. When you wish to understand something of the meaning and significance of human life, it is natural to reach out to understand on some level how human life fits into global life which fits into planetary life, stellar life, galaxy life. All share some common components and principles.

The progress of science has only a marginal understanding of this much greater reality that is shared by all. We speak of a God who is a God of all that is, and in so speaking, we refer to a reality that dwarfs human understanding of the universe in which you reside. Considering only the physical universe, you belong to that greater reality, and looked at from a grand scale, the differences between people are truly insignificant. As you drill down to a more granular level of reality, then those differences loom large and significant.

We, as your guides, are fully aware of the reality that extends far beyond your understanding of the physical universe, and when we speak of the truth that all humans are equal, we are speaking from a perspective that is far more inclusive than the vision human beings have developed. The truth is when seen from a vaster perspective, no one is significantly different in the most profound ways from others. Human beings comprise only a part of the totality of what is truly significant. This is not to say that human beings are insignificant, but rather to emphasize merely the differences you experience while felt on a granular level and a grand level are truly insignificant. To the extent that you broaden your awareness to be able to contemplate a reality far greater than what can be measured and observed, you can begin to accept the truth. There are no people more significant than others. You can begin to accept that human beings are no more significant than the rest that exists on your planet. You could also say truthfully that the earth is no more significant than the smallest particle in your own known physical universe.

The reality of universes extends beyond the physical, and we deal with a universe that is virtually unlimited and invisible and yet equally real, that being the universe of spirit. We could say this is a universe of light, for light and spirit are merely terms applied in the description of something fully intangible and yet identical. The light of love is the light of spirit. Spiritual relationships between humans and between humans and God is a light of love. Immediately when we use the term light, human beings imagine a visible presence. But this light that is shared by all is not a light that you can see with your eyes, and yet like the light you see, the light we speak of is an energy-form.

Every person is an energy-form. The spirit that accompanies human life is an energy-form. The God to whom you pray is an energy-form. All that exists, therefore, is is part of the light, and because you are part of the light, there is no distinction from one component to another. All that exists belongs to that light, that light that is the God presence, that light that is the loving energy. There are no exceptions.

You have heard the expression that “all are one,” and that is true, but that oneness far exceeds a oneness among people. It is a oneness of universes both physical and spiritual. All are part of that light.

If you think of God’s reality, this all-encompassing light, as a river, all the molecules that exist in that river belong to that river at any point. There is no molecule of water that is more important than another molecule of water. The water is the totality. The river is the totality. All exists as part of that river, part of the stream, part of the ocean. A teaspoon of water from the Atlantic is no more or less than a teaspoon from a local stream. Are they different? Yes, of course, but at the most fundamental level they are fully equal. Everyone, of course, is a manifestation of differences, but in the end, you are not defined by your differences. You are defined by what you truly are. You’re defined as the light, the spiritual energy that exists.

For countless years, spiritual leaders have spoken of the importance of love, human love. In the last few centuries, that understanding of what it means to be loving has expanded. There have been many cultures in the past that loved the earth, for it is the giver of life, and it is the container that embraces the transition to new life. Those cultures have welcomed the earth as essential in all ways. They have believed the earth is to be loved, and they have believed the earth loved in return. It is not so much a human love but a connection to spirit. Gradually more of the human energy-form is learning a greater application for love. They are learning how to love the earth, how to love the environment that surrounds them, that love being a connection, a feeling of belonging. The environment, the earth you stand on, belongs to you and you belong to all of that because you dwell in that energy of light.

Human life has its limits, of course, but those limits are not truly limits of love, for the energy that is human life is the consequence of energy that was not human life, and that energy will evolve in new forms that are not necessarily human and yet are real, are vital, interactive. Human life is temporal, as you know, but you are ultimately transformed to other forms of light, and your energy belongs permanently and fully to that transformation.

When you find yourself feeling overwhelmed by concerns and worries that you face daily, step back and recognize that what you fear involves elements that are shared with others. You fear war. You are anxious about such suffering that seems so pointless. But recognize that in the light, those moments of terror are superficial. It doesn’t mean they don’t exist, for certainly they do, but viewed in the presence of light, in the presence of this shared spiritual energy, it is only momentary, and it is part of the process of growing and becoming more responsive to that unifying light.

Praying for peace, therefore, is not just praying for the absence of war and suffering, but it is praying for a broader recognition of light, a broader recognition of the spirit energy that permeates and is part of the process of all that is. This process of becoming is filled with twists and turns.

Returning your attention to the physical universe, the so named birth and death of stars creates in its way part of what it means to evolve as a form of energy that you identify as human. Without those seemingly destructive actions in the universe, there would be no human life. When you observe the birth and death of stars that occurred millions of years ago, you are nevertheless connected to that reality. When there is strife, when there is suffering and destruction close at hand, all in the world are impacted. Human beings are made even more aware of the tragedy that results from the interaction between humans.

When you see the destruction of natural forces, you are aware of the tension between human life and the environment, and you become even more aware of the dependency and the interrelationships between human and nonhuman forms of energy. You begin to realize that the molecule of nature and the molecule of human life belong in the same stream of light. Neither is more important, but both belong in their way to the river of light.

It is our intention in speaking with you about your relationships with a much greater reality that you will feel more committed to responding to all that you are surrounded with in such a way that you acknowledge this loving light of spiritual connectedness. You are all bound together. You are bound to us. You and we belong to that river of light, and we are part of the creator of that river, both its source and its destiny. Find comfort in the unity that you can feel for one another, the unity that you can feel with those who are superficially different or threatening. You are united to the stars, to the galaxies, to the universes. You are one with God.

Be warmed, be inspired, be directed, be guided by your understanding of the profound unity that surrounds you all forever.

Amen.
